Cortica - Neurodevelopmental in Irvine, CA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role. You will oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming and lead a team of BTs and Assistant Supervisors to support children with developmental differences.

The role offers predictable hours and a comprehensive package, including a $2,000 CEU stipend, license renewal reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and health coverage. Telehealth is used when clinically appropriate.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians and assistant supervisors.
• Oversee scheduling, supervision, and credentialing workflows.
