Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role supporting students in a collaborative educational setting. You will conduct assessments, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and coordinate with families and school teams to drive progress.

The role requires BCBA certification and a master’s degree in ABA or a related field, with state background checks and TB clearance as applicable. This is a full-time role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Background check and TB clearance as required by state.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments.

• Supervise RBTs and ensure fidelity of ABA programs.
• Collaborate with families and school teams.
• Maintain BACB-compliant documentation.
