Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Maryland seeks passionate and dedicated BCBAs to join our mission of providing excellent ABA services to clients in the state. You will guide our clients while we support you with training and supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and MD LBA.
• Familiarity with clinical assessments and ABA protocols.
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in 1:1 ABA services.
• Respect for cultural diversity and adapting ABA procedures accordingly.
• Willingness to accept supervision and guidance to improve practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide client assessments and supervise ongoing ABA programs.
• Evaluate program performance and adjust as necessary.
• Train parents and caregivers in ABA techniques and strategies.
• Oversee paraprofessionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
