Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy in Clayton, NC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This full-time, hybrid role includes 50% in-person supervision and 50% remote/telehealth, with a manageable caseload of 7-10 clients and a strong focus on individualized ABA services.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and educators, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation in CentralReach.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Must reside within 40 miles of North Carolina or relocate.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) Clayton, NC

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our growing team in Clayton NC. This full-time, hybrid position offers a manageable caseload of 7-10 clients, giving you the time and space to deliver high-quality, individualized ABA services without the burnout that comes with oversized caseloads.

POSITION DETAILS

• Location: Clayton, NC
• Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid - 50% in-person supervision, 50% remote/telehealth
• Caseload: 7-10 clients
• Compensation: Starting at $100,000/year

Responsibilities

• Carry a manageable caseload of 7-10 clients with dedicated time for assessments, programming, and supervision
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA principles
• Provide direct behavioral services in person (minimum 50% of supervision hours) and via telehealth
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff through structured in-person and remote coaching
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated, client-centered care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in CentralReach in compliance with HIPAA requirements
• Participate in client intake and onboarding to ensure a thorough understanding of each individual's needs

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required
• NC Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain
• Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and evidence-based behavioral interventions
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and treatment plan modification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to ethical practice and HIPAA compliance
• Must reside or be willing to relocate within 40 miles of North Carolina
