Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a hybrid team serving clients in Maryland. Flexible remote work with a 25% in-person requirement and evening availability to align with families.

Part-time or full-time roles offered, with strong supervision and meaningful clinical impact. The position offers competitive pay of $95–$105/hour plus a 20% incentive for meeting the in-person target, up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Conduct data-driven progress reviews and adjust programming.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs.
• Collaborate with families to promote skills generalization.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance.
