Job summary

AB Spectrum in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy programs for early learners in a center-based setting. The role emphasizes assessment, supervision, and ongoing evaluation within a collaborative clinic environment.

The BCBA will work a set day schedule (7:45 am – 3:45 pm) with a protected hybrid day per week for treatment planning and documentation, and a target caseload of six clients.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA licensure and in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Education, Psychology or related field.
• Experience in pediatric behavioral health and collaboration with families and staff.
• Strong organization, analytics, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to supervise practicum students and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Assess & plan treatment: complete skills assessments and FBAs; develop behavior plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to practicum students, RBTs and ABA Implementers.
• Track progress with data collection and prepare progress and authorization reports.
• Maintain ethical compliance per BACB guidelines and licensure requirements.
• Manage a sustainable caseload (approximately 6 clients) for focused clinical work.
