House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time hourly role. The position offers a flexible, hybrid schedule with remote and in-person work in Irvine, California. Minimum 1 year ABA experience required.

You’ll manage a small caseload, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and design individualized treatment plans while collaborating with educators and families. Competitive pay at $70–$85 per hour with potential bonuses and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
