Job summary

Kyo Autism Therapy in Monterey County, CA, is seeking a BCBA to lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings. This hybrid remote position offers flexible scheduling and strong clinical autonomy with support from a collaborative team.

You'll mentor Therapists and BCBA Trainees, participate in data-driven treatment planning, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, holidays, and a company laptop.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Willingness to travel between client and business sites.
• Support client services 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings.
• Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.
