Job summary

Kyo is seeking a BCBA in the Santa Clara County area who is committed to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA, supported by a collaborative clinical team. This is a hybrid remote position.

Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, and support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees. Benefits include bonuses, insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and a laptop.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client sites.
• Availability to provide client support within service hours 8:00am–7:00pm, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by data systems.
• Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.
