Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required or eligible for certification.
• Ability to collaborate with families, schools, and clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings.
• Support development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.
• Utilize Kyo’s care application and data systems to monitor progress.
