Qualifications

• BCBA certification required for appointment.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care for caseload with BCBA guidance.
• Design individualized treatment plans and supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Managers.
• Partner with families to drive progress and ensure fidelity of interventions.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs to meet client needs.
