Cortica in Westchester, IL is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role. You will lead neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children, supervise a team of behavior technicians, and collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

The position offers a salary range of $91,000–$114,000 plus a second monthly bonus, generous PTO, CEU stipend, license reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children receiving treatment.
