Cortica is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Westchester, IL area for a hybrid remote role. You will oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming and lead a team of behavior technicians to deliver high-quality care for children with developmental differences.

The role offers a substantial compensation package ($91,000–$114,000) with an additional 10% monthly bonus potential, plus generous PTO, a CEU stipend, license reimbursement, 401(k) matching, comprehensive health

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
