Job summary

Cortica in Westchester, IL is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role. You’ll lead neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children with autism, supervise a team of behavior technicians, and coordinate care within a transdisciplinary team.

The role offers a salary range of $91,000–$114,000 with two bonuses, plus generous PTO, a CEU stipend, license reimbursement, 401(k) matching, comprehensive benefits, and a predictable schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate within a transdisciplinary team to address the whole child.
• Maintain a balanced schedule and ensure clinically effective telehealth when appropriate.
