Qualifications

• Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• One year experience working with IDD population.
• Functional Behavior Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBIS) knowledge

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, individualized behavioral support to individuals across assigned programs and services.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, behavioral consultations, monitoring, and training to address complex and challenging behaviors.
• Support skill acquisition and pro-social behavior through PBIS.
• Integrate within an interdisciplinary team to develop and support ISP goals and outcomes.
• Mentor and supervise Master and Bachelor level Behavior Specialists and RBTs.
• Provide limited after-hours support through phone consultation as part of on-call structure.
