Cortica - Neurodevelopmental in Danvers, MA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programming in a hybrid remote role. You will oversee clinical programming, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to deliver neurodiversity-affirming care.

This role offers earning potential of $93,105 to $116,738 plus productivity and ABA caseload bonuses, generous PTO, CEU stipend, license reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and comprehensive health

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empower them to impact children with developmental differences.
• Autonomously schedule and supervise cases; coordinate with administrative support and telehealth as clinically appropriate.
