Carry On Therapy is seeking a hybrid BCBA in Mississippi to lead functional assessments, develop BIPs, and supervise RBTs across home, school, community, and clinic settings. Applicants should hold a current BCBA and Mississippi license, with the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active Mississippi Behavior Analyst License issued by Mississippi Autism Board required.
• Active Mississippi Medicaid Provider ID required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill-based evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and BIPs.
• Supervise RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Review data and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other providers.
• Maintain BACB Ethics compliance and company policies.
• Complete clinical documentation on time.
• Provide hybrid services (in-home, school, community, clinic).
• Support growth of services across Mississippi.
