Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. invites a BCBA to join our center-based ABA therapy team in a hybrid role in Phoenix, AZ. You will conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, clinical staff, and community partners, with opportunities for paid CEUs and a balanced caseload. Experience with leadership is valued.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Psychology or related field.
• BCBA Certification required; supervision/experience preferred.
• Two years of experience with autism spectrum disorders or related populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients.
• Develop and monitor individual treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide staff training and supervision.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and trainings.
• Ensure documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor staff and foster positive culture within teams.
