Kyo Autism Therapy in Phoenix is seeking a BCBA to join a hybrid team delivering high-quality ABA across home, school, and community settings. The role offers a reduced billable schedule with full-time pay and benefits, plus the option for part-time or full-time engagement.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Psychology or Special Education and an active BCBA certification; travel between client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Willingness to travel between client sites.
• Availability to work within service hours 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings.
• Support development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure high-quality ABA delivery.
• Utilize Kyo’s care application and data systems for client progress.
