Job summary

Kyo Autism Therapy in the Denver area seeks a BCBA to deliver high-quality, ethical ABA within a collaborative clinical team. This hybrid remote position offers flexibility with telehealth and in-person services, and both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Pay range $90,000–$100,000 with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include leading ABA programs across home, school, and community, and mentoring BCBA Trainees, with strong support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites.
• Availability to provide client support 8:00am–7:00pm, Mon-Fri.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and participate in play-based therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school and community settings.
• Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.
