Job summary

Kyo is expanding in Denver and looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in a hybrid model. This position offers part-time and full-time opportunities, with an annual pay range of $90,000 - $100,000 and a sign-on bonus of $10,000. Key responsibilities include leading individualized ABA programs and supporting Behavior Therapists. Comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities are included. Qualifications

• Education and skills require a Master’s degree and active BCBA certification.
• Transportation must be reliable for client travel.
• Ability to support clients during service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday.
• Job requires extensive physical activity including lifting and participation in therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead individualized ABA programs in various settings.
• Support development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.
