Job summary

Kyo is a leading provider of ABA therapy seeking a BCBA in the San Diego area. This hybrid remote role offers part-time and full-time opportunities with a pay range of $90,000–$100,000 per year and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

The BCBA will lead ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, mentor therapists, and work with a collaborative clinical team. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites.
• Availability to serve clients 8:00am–7:00pm, Mon–Fri, per client needs.
• Physical ability: stand/walk/reach/bend/kneel; lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo's care app and data systems.
• Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.

Education
