Job summary

BK Behavior in Maryland seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role combines in-person clinical work with remote service possibilities based on client needs and program goals.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Maryland licensure.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
• Participate in both remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs
