Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland to provide ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role blends in-person clinical work with remote duties based on client needs, offering a flexible caseload and strong clinical support for growth.

The position welcomes part-time or full-time commitments with opportunities for continued professional development and licensure support within BK Behavior.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Eligible for or currently holding Maryland licensure
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Ability to provide in person services in Maryland as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical clinical and regulatory standards
• Participate in both remote and in person services as required by client and program needs

Education

BCBA certification

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field

Maryland licensure eligible or held

Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
