Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role combines in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities to support treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Master's or doctoral training in behavior analysis or related field.
• Candidates must be eligible for or hold North Carolina licensure as BCBA/ABA provider.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards.
