BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services with a hybrid schedule in North Carolina. You will work with children and families, offering in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.

The role supports both full-time and part-time arrangements, with strong clinical supervision, growth opportunities, and a pathway for licensure expansion. You will collaborate with caregivers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve treatment goals.

Qualifications

• NC licensure eligibility or current licensure required.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards.
