BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services across North Carolina in a hybrid setting, blending in-home care with remote clinical duties. The role offers full-time or part-time options, strong clinical support, and pathways for long-term growth.

The position focuses on conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and collaborating with families to achieve measurable progress in children with developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
