Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services in North Carolina via a hybrid model combining in-home, supervision, and remote clinical work. The role supports both full-time and part-time arrangements with strong clinical backing and opportunities for long‑term growth.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, supervision of technicians, progress monitoring, caregiver collaboration, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required or strongly preferred.
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education
