Heartlinks ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in North Carolina. We provide in-home and community-based ABA services, supervised by our Executive Director and Clinical Director, with a focus on language, social, and communication development.

This role supports a flexible schedule and collaborative care. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in psychology or related fields and current BCBA certification, with strong writing and interpersonal

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in Central Reach.

Responsabilités

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community.
• BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
