Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral challenges and needs.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor progress regularly.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and HIPAA-compliant records.
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of interventions and adjust as needed.
• Advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities across educational and community settings.
