Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services' SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Renton is seeking a clinician to conduct assessments, coordinate visits, and ensure the effective implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans in a hybrid setting (three days in the office, two days remote).

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and train staff to maintain quality programs for youth and adults with ASD, IDD, or mental illness while maintaining strong clinical

Qualifications

• Experience with behavioral intervention or strong emphasis on learning and developmental psychology.
• 2+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and moving between seated and standing.

Responsibilities

• Conducts ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served.
• Communicates between supervisors, direct care staff, family members, guardians, and collateral individuals regarding progress.
• Provides a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to monitor progress.
• Coordinates home, work and/or community-based visits to meet observation, chart review, staff interviews, and data analysis requirements.
• Ensures the Behavior Intervention plan is implemented effectively and properly.
• Participates in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other pertinent meetings.
• Completes monthly and/or quarterly progress notes.
• Organizes training to certify staff and team members in the Behavior Intervention Plan and documentation sheets.
• Provides follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations for continued support of individuals' needs.
• Maintains strong clinical records for easy access by interested parties.
• Acts as liaison with the public and mental health community to support ongoing goals.
• Assists in creating procedures for training materials to improve programs.
• Completes continued education on behaviorally based interventions and techniques.
