Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking licensed clinicians in Washington state. Candidates must hold a Masters in ABA and be WA-licensed; the role is hybrid, based near Bellingham, with 2–4 clinic visits monthly and sessions in homes, schools, and community settings.

Clinicians assess, coordinate care, maintain records, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with behavioral intervention and/or learning/development psychology.
• 2+ years working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, moving between seated/standing).

Responsibilities

• Conducts ongoing assessments to meet patients' needs.
• Communicates between supervisors, staff, families, guardians, and others regarding progress.
• Provides a monthly schedule to supervisors of appointments and visits.
• Coordinates home, work, and community-based visits for observations, chart reviews, and data analysis.
• Ensures effective implementation of the Behavior Intervention Plan.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and other required meetings.
• Completes monthly/quarterly progress notes.
• Organizes training to certify staff in implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and documentation.
• Provides follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations for continued support.
• Maintains strong clinical records for accessibility.
• Acts as liaison with public and mental health communities.
• Assists in creating procedures for training materials to improve programs.
• Completes continued education on behaviorally based interventions.
