BK Behavior is seeking passionate BCBAs to join our mission of delivering excellent ABA services in Maryland. You will guide clients while benefiting from a strong support network including in-office BCBAs, mentorship programs, ongoing training, and a flexible schedule with both full-time and part-time roles.

This role emphasizes client assessments, supervising ABA programs, and training parents, with emphasis on cultural diversity and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Experience training and supervising paraprofessionals in ABA services.
• Respect for cultural diversity and ability to adapt ABA procedures accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Providing client assessments.
• Supervising ongoing ABA programs, assessing and adjusting them as needed.
• Providing ABA training for parents and caregivers.
• Supervising paraprofessionals and directing team activities.
