Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our hybrid Inland Empire clinical team. You will lead ABA services for children and families, with clinical mentorship and strong administrative support to balance high-quality care with personal balance.

Responsibilities include FBAs, individualized treatment plans, supervising staff, caregiver education, and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• Experience providing ABA services
• Knowledge of functional assessment, treatment development, and data analysis
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to provide effective clinical supervision and feedback
• Comfortable using electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass required background screening
• TB clearance or ability to obtain clearance

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs
• Developing individualized ABA treatment plans
• Overseeing and modifying treatment programs based on client progress
• Analyzing clinical data to guide treatment decisions
• Supervising and mentoring Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
• Monitoring treatment integrity and quality of service delivery
• Providing ongoing clinical guidance, coaching, and staff support
• Conducting caregiver education and parent training
• Collaborating with families and treatment team
• Completing progress reports and required clinical documentation
• Participating in clinical meetings and professional development
• Ensuring treatment is delivered ethically and according to current clinical standards
