Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-person clinical duties and remote work based on client needs, and supports flexible caseloads for part-time or full-time employment.

Ideal candidates hold Maryland licensure and a Master’s degree in a related field, with preferred experience in autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Maryland licensure required or eligible.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in both remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs.
