BK Behavior in Maryland seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. The role blends in-person clinical duties with remote work, offering flexibility in caseload and strong clinical support.

The position supports caregiver training, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development, with options for part-time or full-time hours and opportunities for growth within BK Behavior.

Competenze

• Maryland licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed.

Mansioni

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in both remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs.
