Job summary

BK Behavior in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA services to children and families. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with both in-person clinical duties and remote work based on client and program needs.

Qualifications

• Maryland licensure eligibility or active Maryland licensure
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
• Participate in both remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs

Education

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
