Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina for a hybrid role combining in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical tasks. The position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options and emphasizes clinical support and long-term growth.

You will conduct assessments, develop ABA plans, supervise technicians, and train caregivers, while ensuring documentation and ethical standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or NC eligibility
• ABA experience with autism or developmental disabilities
• Active NC licensure or eligibility to apply

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards
