Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services across North Carolina in a hybrid role with in-home, supervision, and remote clinical duties. The position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options, strong clinical support, and pathways for career growth.

You will conduct assessments, develop plans, supervise technicians, train caregivers, and ensure compliant documentation while collaborating with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Eligible for North Carolina licensure or currently licensed.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
