BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver hybrid ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The role offers a fully remote schedule with flexible hours, opportunities for licensure expansion, and ongoing professional support to ensure clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plansProvide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programsMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as neededCollaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goalsMaintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification in good standingMasters degree in Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or a related fieldExperience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferredStrong communication and organizational skills
