SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide direct oversight and supervision of BCBA/BCaBA, RBTs and Behavior Technicians in a hybrid clinic setting in Missouri.

You will supervise service delivery, maintain clinical records, participate in interdisciplinary teams, and ensure programs meet measurable goals while staying current with regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in a human-related field as required by state funding sources.
• Independently licensed or certified in the discipline.
• 3+ years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or ASD.

Responsabilités

• Assess and supervise BCBA/BCaBA teams and oversee program delivery.
• Coordinate behavioral support services and program planning for clients.
• Review FBAs and behavior support plans for accuracy.
• Monitor staff scheduling, productivity, and billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in psychiatric appointments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain documentation.
