Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role combines in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise technicians, monitor progress, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Eligible for North Carolina licensure or currently licensed.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards.
