Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Maryland is seeking passionate and dedicated BCBAs to join our mission of providing excellent ABA services to clients in Maryland. You will supervise ongoing ABA programs and coordinate with paraprofessionals, while benefiting from a 6-month training period and a strong culture of professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Experience supervising paraprofessionals in ABA settings.
• Strong clinical judgment and autonomous problem solving.
• Commitment to cultural diversity and equity in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ongoing ABA programs and assess program effectiveness.
• Train and supervise paraprofessionals delivering 1:1 ABA services.
• Provide ABA training for parents and caregivers.
• Oversee direction and supervision of paraprofessionals on cases.
• Collaborate with clinicians to tailor interventions for diverse clients.
