Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Maryland is seeking passionate and dedicated BCBAs to join our mission of providing excellent ABA services to children and families. You will guide clients while receiving strong support from a collaborative team.

We offer six months of paid training, opportunities for advancement, mentorship programs, and resources like a BCBA toolkit, weekly clinical director sessions, and ongoing CEUs. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and MD LBA in MD.
• Familiarity with clinical assessments and interpretation.
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in ABA delivery.
• Respect for cultural diversity and adaptation of ABA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide client assessments and supervise ongoing ABA programs.
• Monitor performance of programs and adjust as needed.
• Deliver ABA training for parents and caregivers.
• Direct and supervise paraprofessionals and support staff.
