Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (After-School BCBA) in Illinois. This full-time, hybrid role mentors RBTs, oversees a focused caseload of center-based after-school clients, and ensures high-fidelity ABA treatment and strong caregiver collaboration.

Hours are Monday–Friday 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. with Saturdays optional; includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus and growth opportunities through mentoring and supervision of staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA required.
• BCBA certification active in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of clients, ensuring individualized treatment plans align with ABA best practices.
• Maintain a small caseload with 28 billable hours per week.
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity across services.
• Conduct one-on-one caregiver training sessions to empower families and support skill generalization.
• Facilitate group caregiver training to promote education, collaboration, and engagement.
• Complete client intake assessments and develop comprehensive, goal-driven treatment plans.
• Review and update treatment plans regularly based on assessment data and client progress.
• Monitor RBT clinical performance and provide ongoing mentorship.
• Conduct regular supervision and mentor meetings.
• Deliver feedback, coaching, and training to enhance clinical skills and implementation quality.
