The Place for Children with Autism is seeking an After-School Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in Elgin. This full-time hybrid role includes supervision of RBTs, caregiver training, and overseeing client progress with ABA-based treatment plans.

The position emphasizes mentorship, documentation, and collaboration across a center-based after-school program. Qualifications include a Master’s in ABA, active BCBA and Illinois LBA credentials, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master’s degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois.
• Experience mentoring RBTs and leading clinical teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of clients with ABA-based treatment plans.
• Maintain a small caseload with 28 billable hours per week.
• Mentor RBTs and supervise staff, ensuring treatment fidelity.
• Conduct caregiver training and support groups.
• Develop and review comprehensive treatment plans.
