Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience building automations, internal tools, or workflow integrations (APIs, webhooks, scripting).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog management, and sprint ceremonies.
• Familiarity with secure development practices, testing, and CI/CD.
• Strong written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automations and tooling for helpdesk and employee-support operations.
• Lead application modernization, including migration of legacy systems.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and scoping, document requirements.
• Deliver work through sprints with a prioritized backlog and sprint ceremonies.
• Provide progress reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and integration standards.
• Partner with platform, tooling, and operations teams for integration and support.
• Maintain technical documentation for operations and future development.
