Job summary

Citi's Finance Organization seeks a Spot RWA Calculation and Analysis Senior Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Basel RWA calculations and regulatory capital reporting. Based in Charlotte, you will work across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Technology.

You will apply Basel III expertise to drive improvements in reporting processes and controls, partner with risk and controls, and engage with stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years in financial services with regulatory reporting and capital calculation.
• Knowledge of Basel III capital rules and RWA calculation methodologies.
• Ability to translate regulatory concepts into clear insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Basel RWA reports per US regulatory requirements.
• Apply Basel III expertise to assess initiatives and regulatory changes.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and operations to ensure timely reporting.
• Support internal controls framework for capital reporting.
