Job summary

The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Bankruptcy and Restructuring Associate to join our national practice focused on sophisticated corporate reorganizations and insolvency counseling. The firm emphasizes mentorship, training, and a clear path to partnership within a hybrid work environment.

Qualified candidates will have 2–5 years of Chapter 11 experience, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to collaborate as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Chapter 11 work and corporate restructuring matters.
• Experience in bankruptcy-related litigation in state and federal courts is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on sophisticated corporate reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings and insolvency counseling.
• Represent debtors, secured creditors and unsecured creditors in complex bankruptcy cases, workouts and restructurings.
