Innova Solutions is hiring a Communications Surveillance & Compliance Specialist in Charlotte, NC. This full-time/contract role focuses on risk oversight, reviewing electronic and voice communications, and strengthening surveillance controls.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in compliance, risk management, investigations, and market conduct risk, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed org.

Formación

• Experience in communications surveillance, compliance, risk management or related financial services roles.
• Knowledge of market conduct risk and regulatory expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Review electronic and voice communications to identify conduct, compliance, regulatory and reputational risks.
• Perform surveillance across Corporate Banking, Markets, Sales & Trading, and related functions.
• Evaluate complex information, identify risk indicators, and determine escalation actions.
• Conduct investigations and document findings with clear narratives and recommendations.
• Apply risk and control frameworks, policies and regulatory requirements during reviews.
• Analyze alerts and trends to identify misconduct or control gaps.
• Prepare management summaries and risk reporting materials.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, legal and stakeholders to resolve issues.
